We are two small village schools, situated in the New Forest and pride ourselves on offering a curriculum that embraces the use of outdoor learning. Both schools cater for primary age children where we strive for the highest academic standards whilst fostering a strong sense of community and nurturing a sense of ‘awe and wonder’ of life in this beautiful part of the world.

We pride ourselves in both schools as being a caring and positive school community. We always put the needs of the children in our care first and strive to create a happy, secure and stimulating environment where all children thrive and achieve their very best.

Partnership with our parents, and the wider village communities, is at the heart of everything we do. We all recognise and value the role that everyone has to play in the development of our children. I hope we have provided you with a sense of what everybody associated with Burley and Sopley Primary Schools is extremely proud to offer our community. However, no website can convey the full picture of life at our incredibly unique schools, so I strongly encourage you to come and visit us in order see for yourself.
